We are pleased to announce that the report on the first part of the survey conducted by the Future Democracy Foundation is now available. We asked our respondents questions about democracy in Poland and around the world, as well as their vision for the creation of a portal to strengthen public consultation and citizen legislative initiatives.
We learned from our respondents about the strengths and weaknesses of democracy in our country, their perceptions of civil society in Poland and the European Union, and how they learn about changes in the law.
We also heard that the proposal for a web portal like Future Democracy is unique, they don’t know a similar site on the web, moreover, they would be happy to use it once it is established.
We hope you will find it interesting to read our report. Since it is a relatively long one, we have included at the end an analysis of the collected data and a summary, with conclusions and recommendations. In turn, in the introduction, you can read about the vision of the foundation as presented by the board members.
